Cincinnati Song Initiative (June 2024) Collaboration with composer, Carolyn Quick, premiered a second original art song From The Book of Prayers, Deprecatus Sum: Be for me like the rain, a prayer of supplication. This is the second song is a seven part song cycle exploring humility, spirituality and healing through the natural and ethereal worlds (June 2024)

Teaching
As a volunteer facilitator with the Federation of British Columbia Writers currently teaching burningkarma: move forward through life writing, a ten-session course exploring themes associated with autobiography, memoir and life-writing. Spring 2024

As a public educator and administrator enjoying a long career with the Vancouver School Board (1993-current).

As an instructor, he has taught a life writing course (burningkarma) for gay men hosted by Gayway and Health Initiative for Men (2004, 2006, 2008, 2013).
